  1. IMEI NOW Service

1.1 The services provided on the IMEI NOW website allow the user to remove the network lock from their mobile phone via IMEI number. All our services include customer support via email during office hours.

1.2 All services start with a Elegibility Check. That ensure to customer to do not wait long time to know if they actually can unlock their device. Customer will able to hire our services only after pay the Elegibility check. Elegibility Checks are non refundable, no matter if the result is that the phone can be unlocked or it is not elegible for unlock

1.3 Once full payment has been received from a customer, our service of providing an unlock solution begins. At the point of order placement, our timeframes are calculated and given as a guideline.

1.4 Once the unlocking process is complete, an email will be sent to the email address provided to notify the customer. The email will also provide the exact instructions for completing the unlocking process.

  1. Buyer Requirements

2.1 Customers must ensure that they check the compatibility of their handset with the network they intend to use once unlocked.

2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have read the information on this website.

2.3 Blacklisted/stolen/lost phones/contract issues/incorrect network provided (also known as Blocked) – are not supported. The term blacklisted covers phones that are not paid off, lost, stolen, insurance claimed, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the device is blacklisted. Lost, stolen, and abused handsets are barred/blocked once reported and cannot be used inside the country it was blocked in on any major networks. If we undertake an unlock and find the phone has been marked Blocked and is in fact logged as either lost, stolen, abused, bad ESN, and/or contract issues, we cannot refund your payment.

2.4 Certain networks may be subject to an additional charge and/or require the phone to be 6 months old before unlocking. As this is an automated process and the device has already been submitted for unlock, this will remain in queue, and the unlock will be released for the device upon the expiry of the 6-month contract.

2.5 Prior to unlocking your phone, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that their Contacts, Messages, and any other important data is properly backed up and synced before attempting any unlocking procedure. We will not accept responsibility for the loss of customer data for any reason.

2.6 Unlocking your Phone is 100% legal in Europe, America, and many other regions. Some laws may vary, and it is down to the buyer to comply with local laws when unlocking their device.

2.7 In some circumstances, we may require additional information about the device being unlocked.

2.8 If an unlock is being processed by us, the user may not attempt to obtain an unlock by any other method. This could lead to the device breaching the maximum number of unlock requests.

2.9 Any issues with services provided by IMEI NOW MUST first be reported to us via the given support channels (email/helpdesk). We then request 7 days to satisfy any such issues.

  1. Delivery Times and Service

3.1 We reserve the right to change any information on the website, including prices and delivery times, at any time, which are set by ourselves and the relative networks. If your unlock is in progress, we will inform you immediately of any changes.

3.2 All estimated delivery times are calculated using business days.

3.3 We will endeavor to beat these delivery times, but sometimes delays do occur with the network server. In the event of a significant delay, we would refund after 30 days.

  1. Fraud Protection

4.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to be suspicious or that proves to be fraudulent.

4.2 We may use fraud protection tools and services to verify the authenticity of the payment information provided by the customer. In the event that an order is suspected to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

4.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and up-to-date. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from inaccurate payment information.

4.4 We may require additional information from the customer to verify the authenticity of an order. Failure to provide such information may result in the cancellation of the order and refund of the payment.

4.5 We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity involved in fraudulent activity or the misuse of our services.

IMEI NOW reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All changes made will be posted on the website at IMEI NOW. Therefore, the user is responsible for reading the terms and conditions on every occasion they visit IMEI NOW. Your use of the website will signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms of use.
